Who we are

Cintra Safety Pro is a construction safety management platform operated by Cintra Safety Solutions LLC, a United States company ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, work email address, company name, and role.
• Safety records your company enters: activity hazard analyses (AHAs/JHAs), inspections, toolbox talks and attendance, training records, equipment, incidents, safety documents, and reports.
• Subscription information: your plan, billing status, and renewal or cancellation dates. Card and payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our systems.
• Technical information: basic device, browser, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information.

• To provide, maintain, and support Cintra Safety Pro.
• To manage subscriptions, billing, and plan limits.
• To secure accounts, prevent misuse, and enforce access controls.
• To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
• To improve the product.

Company data separation

Each company's records are kept separate and access-controlled. Only authorized members of your company, according to the roles your Company Admin assigns, can view or change your company's records.

Service providers

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service, such as Stripe for payment processing and our hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers handle information under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or others.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. A Company Admin may request an export or deletion of company data by contacting cintramd@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and role-based access controls. No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify affected customers as required by law.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting cintramd@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

Business use only

Cintra Safety Pro is intended for business use by people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders.
