Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cintra Safety Pro, operated by Cintra Safety Solutions LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

The service

Cintra Safety Pro is subscription-based construction safety management software that helps contractors manage activity hazard analyses (AHAs/JHAs), inspections, toolbox talks, employee training, equipment, incidents, safety documents, compliance records, and reports.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Your Company Admin controls who can access your company's records and what role each user has.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Cintra Safety Pro is offered on monthly subscription plans: Individual ($39/month), Contractor ($149/month), and Professional ($299/month). Each plan has the user and active-project limits shown on the Billing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• Your access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
• No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
• Billing errors, duplicate charges, and exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually. Contact cintramd@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access another company's records, bypass access controls, or circumvent plan limits.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.

Your data

Your company owns the records it enters. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Safety responsibility and AI-generated content

Cintra Safety Pro is a record-keeping and drafting tool. It does not replace qualified or competent safety personnel, professional judgment, or your obligations under applicable laws, regulations, and contract requirements (such as OSHA regulations or the safety manual edition specified for your project). You remain solely responsible for workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

AI-generated safety content is provided as drafting assistance and must be reviewed by qualified/competent project personnel before implementation.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that use of the service will ensure regulatory compliance or prevent incidents.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cintra Safety Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cintra Safety Solutions LLC from claims arising out of your use of the service, your records, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these Terms. After termination, you may request an export of your company's records by contacting cintramd@gmail.com within a reasonable time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
