Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• Your access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
• No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
• Billing errors, duplicate charges, and exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually. Contact cintramd@gmail.com.

How to cancel

A Company Admin can cancel at any time from the Billing page by choosing Manage billing, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. The Billing page will show the date your access ends.

Billing questions

If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, contact cintramd@gmail.com with your company name and the charge date. We will review each request individually.
